Work with a PRIVATELY OWNED company that is NOT beholding 2 shareholders, but rather started by a former rep (the most successful rep in the history of Netwk Mktng: earned over a $million$ dollars a month) for the sole purpose of helping other reps get to financial freedom faster than any other co. Energy, TV, wireless, many other products & svcs, including fantastic wellness products! BEST COMPENSATION PLAN IN DIRECT SALES/TOP 75 IN DSA, experiencing record growth-next 5 yrs will be the best!

I’m proud to be a part of a Direct Sales Company that is not a “Pyramid Scheme.” As a Director with Scentsy, we do not feed off those on our team. Everyone starts the same and when you work hard and build your business and team, you receive more from the company, NOT a piece of your teams financial pie. It’s a business that builds upwards, NOT DOWN!

A great understanding of what the industry offers the average person. I believe it will be network marketing that will save our country’s economic problems. bobbilynnhall.vemma.com

All corporations, businesses, governments, churches, military etc.. are made in form of a pyramid. It is a fundamental base. Don’t confuse legal with illegal. I have many friends in the business of Network Marketing that make great money, good money and no money. This is not a reflection on the company but a reflection on how the person works. Many join thinking that this is the way to go but they are to lazy and don’t carry the tools for business therefore, they fail.

Go MLM! I’m in YOR Health and so far MLM has given me skills that I never would have received from traditional W-2 jobs.

from the FTC. ” it is best not to get involved in plans where the money you make is basedthe primarily on the number of distributors you recruit and your sales to them rather than on your sales 2 people outside the plan who intend to use the product

  10. jts024 says:

@geeksatlarge not necessarily. take limu for example, which is a pyramid scheme. “the boss” only makes a profit depending on what the people under him do; not what he does. people with normal jobs get paid on how hard THEY work not someone else.

@ mentortony sad to see you have such a problem with Network Marketing. I pay my taxes and love my job. You must have had a bad experience at one point in time. Good luck in your ventures.

  12. Vicki Berry says:

I agree with that one Tony, I shudder when I hear of publicly traded MLMs, proud to be in one that isn’t and is set up as a legacy trust (can never be taken public!)

  13. MyPoint5 says:

Now we know why we’re so proud that our MLM company isn’t publically traded. hmm must mean their allegiance is to the reps and the customers!!

  14. milliemitchell58 says:

Pyramid schemes? You mean corporate America?

I am certainly an advocate for network marketing and believe that I have found the right company for me. I offer this caveat. I don’t agree with all the quotes coming from “Celebrity” Business Leaders who have never successfully built their own NWM business but they have a lot to gain by selling their books and CDs to the millions of distributors out there world wide. Find the top distributor in your company and learn from them. After all they really did it. These people didn’t

You have all misunderstood what I wrote. Go back an read it again. I am a champion of MLM as long as it is not publicly owned. Why? Because a publicly owned MLM company has it’s first allegiance to SHAREHOLDERS and not to DISTRIBUTORS. Which is what I currently am!

  18. MsWarrior8 says:

…you obviously don’t understand the concept of Network marketing. It is NOT a pyramid..where only ONE person is at the top. It’s actually an inverse pyramid where you start at the point of the pyramid and work your way up with other people at the top.

  19. geeksatlarge says:

The most prevalent pyramid scheme in place today is one in which there is a boss at the top, followed by a number of mid-level managers under him in charge of various departments, followed by any number of employees that work in those departments under the managers. Does this sound familiar? I’m describing how most peoples’ jobs are set up. If you had to draw out the structure of this organization, you would end up with a pyramid. Anybody with a normal job is part of a pyramid scheme. Got it?

  20. rozpowell says:

Sorry for Tony that he’ll be left behind.. That’s too bad. Pyramid scheme? Let’s get a new excuse. I never am clear on why people feel the need to comment negative .. If you don’t like direct sales .. Then don’t watch or read anything about them? Why is it that they feel the need to comment about crappy something is… Must not be too darn crappy with millions of people doing it and doing it successfully.

  21. NetworkMarketingShow says:

One way of looking at it Tony. Lol. Thanks for your comment!

  22. MentorTony says:

Great! That’s all we need, the scum of Wall Street lending “credibility” to a business model that’s already linked to pyramid schemes. And why does anyone think that a publicly traded network marketing company is a good thing? A public MLM company does not have it’s first allegiance to its reps or distributors. It is pledged to its shareholders. Bad for the reps as there’ll be less money in the pay plan!

  23. Helen Wenley says:

Great video. Network marketing is the best business model for rewarding hard work and dedication. Find a great company/product and stick with it! Be prepared to learn the skills and give it the time required.
