    i like how i fit in and im 5ft9inch my boy is 6ft and he fits in it good to he weighs 200 lbs .the pads are put in the best place possible and the back one is nice and big so just about any size person could use it big or small very solid,would recomend it for people that like to do hyperextensions or abbs
